Nokia Lumia 620 no data connection


Hi I just bought a Nokia Lumia 620. The phone is working well and shows up on my account. The only issue I am having is my data isn't working even though it is turned on.

Did you have a smartphone before with data? It's possible you could have a data block on your account. I would suggest checking that in self serve under features. If not, try pulling the battery and rebooting the phone.
Yes I have data as a part of my service and I was using it today on my other phone before I switched phones. Thanks for the reply.

Where did you get the phone from? Have you changed the APN settings?

I got the phone from amazon. I believe it was setup for Telus thank you for the links I will check them out I also plan on calling tech support.

Let us know if you need any more help.
Download "access point" from the Windows Phone Store then goto Settings->access point and select koodo.
