No balance due, phone can't connect in USA + UTM3 Error When Calling

Hello.

My phone is not working. I made a payment last on April 19.

My self serve show NO BALANCE OWING.

It does not show a balance owing.

When calling my number, I get error UTM-3.

I am currently on a plane, and in the US so I am unable to call #227. Please help

On self serve, make sure the Free International Voice Roaming add-on is applied

I need my account number for my up grade and a payment ..can I get an copy of it..thanks Where's. Can I find that?.. I never got the bill yet, I live in Canada, I'm trying too up grade my phone , n payment ..

How long have you been with Koodo?  Have you made payment to Koodo before?

I need my account number for my up grade and a payment ..can I get an copy of it..thanks When you signed up, you should have gotten a validation email for your self serve account.  Check your email and spam folder.  Once you are in your self serve, you can download your PDF ebill and your account number should be on that
