My phone is not working. I made a payment last on April 19.
My self serve show NO BALANCE OWING.
It does not show a balance owing.
When calling my number, I get error UTM-3.
I am currently on a plane, and in the US so I am unable to call #227. Please help
On self serve, make sure the Free International Voice Roaming add-on is applied
I need my account number for my up grade and a payment ..can I get an copy of it..thanks
Your account number should be on your service agreement.
How long have you been with Koodo? Have you made payment to Koodo before?
