Whenever I use Self-Serve on my WP8 devices, I'm forced to use the full desktop version of Self Serve, which isn't ideal on a small screen. In the absence of a WP8 Self Serve app, why not implement a mobile web version of the site? After all, shouldn't a mobile provider's site be mobile-friendly? Since Koodo offers WP8 devices, users of these devices should get a comparable experience when checking their account information on the go. If not through a dedicated app, at least then through their mobile browsers.
