Log into your self serve and you can unlock your device from there
You can try unlocking via selfserve using the steps found here: https://www.koodomobile.com/help/unlo... If that doesnt work you'll have to contact Koodo to unlock it. Also if it was bought after December 1st than it is already unlocked.
