I want to know how to text picture to people how can I text some picture to my friends?I am using NOKIA LUMIA 520

First thing to check. Do you have your data turned on? On your phone that is.Just to add to what Chris said, you can't send picture or video messages (mms) over wifi, it has to be done over your data connection. If you have unlimited texting which includes mms you will not be charged for the data used when sending picture messages.
