I activated my sim and Data booster today, but I don't have a connection. Do I have to wait to activate it?

Hello. The phone is connected to the network. I can make calls, but the data plan is not working.

You may need to configure your APN settings then.

You were right! I entered to Settings --> Access Point and I saw the operator TELUS was selected. I don't know why. I select Koodo and now It's working fine. Thanks for your help! 😃

It should all work after you reboot the phone. The SIM has to report for duty to the mothership to be put to work.

If it's still not working then, call tech support for them to sort it out. 1-866-995-6636/ 647-788-4337 from any other phone to leave your cell free for testing.

Hello. I have similar problem of data not working on samsung s7 unlocked. I can call and text. Mobile data is on and can see its connected LTE but no internet connection. Have not used up my data limit. Followed this APN guide also but no luck. https://apn-canada.gishan.net/settings/1360_4_koodo_mobile_apn_settings_for_samsung_galaxy_s7.php . Please help thanks.
