This device was discontinued by HTC. And the Moto G and Nokia Lumia 635 blow this out of the water spec wise.

I agree, that was a nice phone. It was the first LTE phone in Canada, I think... Almost 3 years ago. It's outdated now and HTC long abandoned it. You'd be better off with a newer device. Maybe consider getting an HTC One (M7) secondhand, as those can be found relatively inexpensive now.
