Home address does not match credit card's billing address


I have to pay my bill soon but the problem I have now is that my billing adress is not the same as my creditcard adress. I'm travelling and have no permanent adress and it is a german creditcard. So what can I do now?

I did that but as they told me I have to preregister my card.How do I do that?

There is no downside to see if yu can pay your bill with the credit card you have. The mismatch is not an issue, koodo's website may tell you that the address has to match but in reality payment goes through. The challenge for you is the fact that you have an international card which may not go through. Alternately you can pay through Western Union. They have international locations. They may charge a fee though, but I'm not sure. http://locations.westernunion.com/

Do you still have a Canadian bank account?( Because you said you are travelling...) Can you pay through the bank for now? If you do online banking, visit your online account and add Koodo as a payee. It usually takes 3 - 5 business days for banking payment to take place though.
No I have no canadian bank account! And I am very surprised that this is gonna be a problem at Koodo.They didn't tell me that at the store. I read that that they will charge me when I call them, is that true?

No, it's not. There are service charges for making changes that can be easily done through self serve, but there is never a charge simply for speaking with tech support of customer service.
Ok the voice on the other end tells me that I have to preregister my creditcard .So how can I do that? Sorry but I m very upset. And btw is this the number as well where I can cancel the whole thing?

Yes, that's the same number... but I'm afraid you still need to pay your bill.... what made you decide to cancel your account, Andi? You can try to register your card in your self service account, or you can talk to one of Koodo's agents and ask them to do that for you.

Yes ofcourse I will pay my bill but I didn't expect that trouble. You don't have such problems with other companies. Anyway I have to cancel because I will leave the country and fly back home in 4 weeks.

Ok,well I still have that problem. As it seems to me now no one can help me here.I just can hope that the agents at the store have a solution for me on sunday?!
