I was trying to refer a friend. My first attempt failed to go through to my friend's email

There are several ways to send the referral link. I'd try one of the other ways.

You could copy the refer a friend link and include it in another email to your friend. You could also ask your friend check his/her junk/spam inbox.

If it still won't work then you'll probably have to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it sorted out. Though I've heard people siting two days for a response of late so you could use koodo.com/chat to request a call back.
