Great tech support

The tech support was great. I have an unlocked AT&T Samsung Focus Flash and the MMS stopped working when I reset the phone. This is a windows phone and finding the settings for MMS was not so intuitive. The tech support directed me to look up how to find MMSC settings and change them. She was right. As soon as I found a way to access MMSC settings (by installing wireless manager from marketplace) it was a piece of cake. Thanks Koodo - so unpretentious and so helpful. Most efficient service experienced to date. Gotta love Koodo - a modern business for the modern times.
