why Is the airtime history dial not working

why Is the airtime history dial not working
What are you seeing, or not seeing, that makes you think it's not working?

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache?
I cleared Browser cache and still the same results. All other information is showing for messaging and data. The airtime shows the circle but times show "0". View details does show a list of my calls

Hmm... I wonder why it suddenly started working. Did your billing cycle just end?

Any chance the minutes that weren't being displayed were used during evenings/weekends?
Billing cycle ends May 6 plus now displays 73 minutes for billing and total all minutes of 186
