Since koodo raised their device prices to beyond ridiculous, there's absolutely no way I will be ...we cannot let these phone companies take advantage of us. yes most of us are very dependent on our phones, most of us dont have house phones/landlines like we used to, yes texting and calling and using data (having internet at the tip of our hands) is so pertinent/necessary in our lives. but that doesnt mean that we are stupid and wil let phone companies take advtange of us. we are educated, we can google, we know whats right and whats wrong.

any other updtes?it looks like other than the exception of people who make a claim via phone and those who purchased / changed plans really recently get the 15%
Society has changed. Loyal customers aren't rewarded. You need to jump ship in order to get the best deals whether it's telecommunications, cable, satellite radio, etc. Businesses now rely on apathetic customers who are too lazy to change to a different provider to get a better price.

If price was really the only reason people choose a provider wouldn't public. mobi and wind have taken a far bigger share of the market? Their rates are sometimes half is what the other offer yet all three are on the verge of bankruptcy. It's not about laziness, it's just there is more to things than price, otherwise we would all eat No Name food seven days a week. 🙂
Apparently I'm late on some of yesterdays news for the Small Medium and Large tabs. I'v been a loyal customer since 2008 and I just found out today that you could get more than 150$ in tabs now available. I see the plans now for the small tab is 15% towards the bill. On my bill it still shows 10%. What would I have to do in order to get 15% moving forward on my next bill for the tab?

Apparently I'm late on some of yesterdays news for the Small Medium and Large tabs. I'v been a l...You need to upgrade your phone on a tab and you will automatically get the 15% toward your new tab. If you have an existing tab you will have to pay that off first

Apparently I'm late on some of yesterdays news for the Small Medium and Large tabs. I'v been a l...Once you upgrade your phone and get a new Tab, you'll be placed on the new system. It's 15% Koodo contribution + any applicable Tab charge AND if that doesn't equal $6.25 for Tab S or $12.50 for Tab M then Koodo will make an adjustment each month to make sure it does.
