We have been loyal koodo customers, and unless we upgrade our phone (and to a new, pricey-er plan?) do we get the 15% tab benefit?! Some of us upgraded a phone a couple weeks ago (see below)!! WE DESERVE EQUALITY! You can attract all new clients as much as you want, but what happens when all of your existing clients leave? Why is it that all of your initiatives only benefit new subscribers? Do you do that because you can't retain satisfied loyal clients anymore? As "Canada's most recommended national mobile phone company" and "highest in customer satisfaction with stand-alone wireless service" by J.D. Power in 2013, we suggest you act like it because those recognitions will be short-lived if you only come up with plans for newbies and do not follow up on your life long clients. Be loyal to your loyal clients, keep them satisfied, and we will do the word-of-mouth marketing for you. No need to pay for billboards and internet banners and radio commercials. Focus on US, and we will continue to be loyal and persuade our friends to join Koodo. Keep us happy. Don't turn on us. Love, Koodo Client MikeO 1 day ago I just upgraded my phone two weeks ago before this deal was offered. Any chance on getting the 15% deal on my existing plan, seeing as I've been a loyal Koodo customer for 4 years? Comment good answer! Dennis L 24 hours agoAnd this is exactly what worries me about these new plans, phone pricing, and tab. It wold be foolish if Koodo wasnt expecting incidents like these to happen MikeO 22 hours ago Agreed. These recent promotions (like the $50.gift certificate for new plans) certainly attract new customers, but they can make existing customers feel under-appreciated and even ripped-off. Why not have the 15% tab rolled out to all existing customers? Why should someone who bought a new phone 3 days after I did be able to pay off their tab 50% faster than I can? There's a sense of unfairness here, and I imagine I won't be the only long-time customer unhappy about this. 15% for all!!! http://community.koodomobile.com/kood...
