Won't let me port number.

I changed my given number yesterday just in case my home number can't be ported over. Now I tried to port home number over but it says can't change number for 90 days wasn't aware of this policy.

Thanks been on the phone for over an hour Facebook took 3 days to get back to me the last time I had a problem.

You could also setup a callback through the assistant also. https://www.koodomobile.com/help/?
I was told the response time on Facebook (when they didn't have huge backlog on orders as of now) was around 4hours.

@Noelpup : Yes, it was the policy with changing number as of now. You need to contact Koodo and ask if they can help you to override that policy. I would suggest send message to their facebook to avoid the wait on phone (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo)
