Wireless home phone porting problem

Got my number ported from landline to Koodo wireless home phone. After a couple of days, incoming calls were going through so I assumed the porting was complete. However, after just a day it's got disconnected and my incoming/outgoing calls are going back to the old landlone again. What is going in here, seriously? The fact it's so difficult to call tech support directly worries me.

You can call Koodo's porting team instead ((844) 232-7678, 866-558-2273, (877) 868-3587), and these guy should help you getting your problem solved.

Thanks so much for the quick response. Called the tech support and my old landline provider. Looks like the porting processing is complete. Most likely it's a faulty wireless home phone hub. I have contacted the web store to get a replacement. Hopefully it solves the problem.
Turns out the ZTE wireless phone hub failed. After getting a replacement, the phone works again.
