The ZTE wireless home phone hub failed again. This is the second failed unit so far and it's only 3 and half months old. The reason I am so sure is that the sympton is exactly the same as the previous failed unit. The connected phone just lost connection all the sudden and the hub keeps rebooting itself. Who should I call? And can I have a replacement? I am losing confidence in the wireless home phone service.

The 1st time the hub failed within 3 days so Koodo mailed me a replacement and the failed unit was mailed back to Koodo.
