Wireless home phone hub failed again. Can I get a replacement?

The ZTE wireless home phone hub failed again. This is the second failed unit so far and it's only 3 and half months old. The reason I am so sure is that the sympton is exactly the same as the previous failed unit. The connected phone just lost connection all the sudden and the hub keeps rebooting itself. Who should I call? And can I have a replacement? I am losing confidence in the wireless home phone service.

The 1st time the hub failed within 3 days so Koodo mailed me a replacement and the failed unit was mailed back to Koodo.
Then you could follow the instruction here for "Warranty mobile phone repair (More than 15 days after purchase)" https://www.koodomobile.com/help/warranty-and-repair-policy

hi,
How did you replace yours the 1st time? you could ask for a replacement/repair if that was the fault of the manufacturer.
Here is Koodo warranty policy https://www.koodomobile.com/help/warranty-and-repair-policy

When you do get a replacement hub, I would try connecting another phone, not the one that's been used each time it's failed.
Thanks for the advice, Bob. I have tried different phones actually. The phone I am using now had been working fine for 2 years before I switched from landline to wireless home phone. I think there is some reliability issues with the ZTE hub or I am just super unlucky. Went to Koodo store/booth. I was told things purchased in the online store can't be replaced there. Well ... I guess I will have to wait for the callback.
