I have a hub for Rogers wireless home phone service. Hub model is ZTE WF721. If I switch the service from Rogers to Koodo, can I use the existing hub with a new Koodo SIM card?

I think the hub is also locked to Rogers

Unfortunately not. Koodo requires that you also buy the hub. I don't like it but that's how it is.

Recently i purchased Koodo wireless home phone ZTE hub and I am trying to get transfer the landline phone from roger to Koodo but unfortunately the instructions in the e-mail does not help at all, Koodo includes both the landline and cell phone under one tap under self serve . Can I speak to someone please
