I got a phone hub from a seller who told me, it was used with Koodo, but when I put koodo sim, it didn't work. After struggling to call customer care, finally got customer call after 4 days.. they told me to go to store and if nothing works, store can cancel the account. Next day I went to store,  they found my device or hub is defective and they said they cannot cancel my account and they took my number and gave it to customer care. I did pay my fees (connectionfee, charges for days which I have not used). I am trying to connect to customer, digital rep is saying, I will get a call back for 15 mins, 30 mins, 1 hour something like that, but i am not getting call back and not able to cancel my account. Give me some suggestions..

If you are having trouble canceling your account and the call backs dont seem to be working. I recommend sending a private message to Koodo via Facebook or twitter and a rep can help you there.  Note it is not a live chat, but I find it to be super effective
