Hello, I recieved my hub and set it up, works fine to make calls but can't receive calls. Does the blue light need to be lit on hub for home phone picture? I received hub and line was ported 5 days ago.

If you can make outgoing calls then the hub is working normally. The fact that you can't receive incoming calls indicates that the port is not complete; calls are still being routed to your old provider. You'll need to contact koodo and speak with the porting department to determine/resolve the problem with the port request. You can set up a callback through the virtual assistant at koodo.com/chat
