Whoops, something went wrong. Please try again.


Hello. I am trying to place an order on the new wireless home phone service. However, at checkout, I have been getting the "whoops, something went wrong, please try again" message since yesterday. Is this happening to anyone else? I hope the problem will be resolved soon as the $5/month sale on wireless home phones ends august 31st (in 2 days). If the problem is not resolved in time, is it possible to place this order in a Koodo store? We have one in a nearby Best Buy. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Try clearing browser cache. If that doesn't work try again in incognito Ito / private tab f your browser. If that doesn't work you should go in person to a Koodo store / seller to get it. You mentioned a nearby best buy you can go there.

Just tried and everything works on our end Gilles. Pls follow Goran's suggestion. 
I have tried Goran's suggestions. I still get the following message after the "credit check" step:
Errors occurred in the page
  • Whoops! Something went wrong. Please try again.
I guess I will try going to the Koodo store. Thanks

Yeah, looks like the email address you used is tied to a account of yours that was long deactivated. So it maybe the issue. Best is indeed a store visit.
