SIM Card on WHP ?


I ordered a WHP towards the beginning of September, and requested a brand new number as we've not had home phone before. I received an email from koodo on Sept 20 that said that they are "Just swinging by to confirm your activation and to let you know that we're setting up your services as requested."

my WHP bars are still flashing red - which according to the sticker on the back means there is an issue with my sim card. 

Why for the life of me can I not find a place to check to see if it has been activated or not?

You should receive an email with the activation information, including your assigned number.

Yes, that is what I received on Sept 20. So if that's all I'm supposed to be waiting for in order to use my phone, I guess that means I have to go into a koodo store with all my equipment in tow

Why don't you just try it out? Can't hurt. It will either work and if not then make your way to the Koodo store.
