I have been trying for several days to order a koodo home phone.
Part way through the process the cart just fails. I have called tech support, tried multiple computers, & browsers with no success.
I have been told to wait 7 to 10 days for the webmasters to fix it.
You need better webmasters.
I can not believe that there has not been a workaround implemented or even an option to order by talking with a human.
