Shopping cart is broken

I have been trying for several days to order a koodo home phone.
Part way through the process the cart just fails. I have called tech support, tried multiple computers, & browsers with no success.
I have been told to wait 7 to 10 days for the webmasters to fix it.
You need better webmasters.
I can not believe that there has not been a workaround implemented or even an option to order by talking with a human.

@Shakey We had a few customers share the same experience you had in the last few days. We had challenges ton replicate the issue as it was impacting few customer.

However, yesterday with the help of one very willing customer we were able to isolate the issue and find the root cause. We have an “emergency” release, a patch going in overnight and we believe that will fix the problem.

Pls bear with us! I appreciate sharing your views and the patience (wearing thing i get it) you had so far.
