porting in Bell landline to koodo home phone

Greetings!  Self serve tells me that, as a new activation, I have to wait 14 days before I can port my number from Bell.  Is there a way to make that happen sooner?  Kind of the idea…….  Thank you.

Hello,

 

A successful Wireless to Wireless transfer should only take up to 2.5 business hours to complete, and Wireline to Wireless transfers should take up to 2 business days. However, if the transfer is more complex it could take up to 1 week.

Porting doesn’t have that restriction. You could try to do it yourself in selfserve https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/moving-your-phone-number

If for some reasons, you cannot do it in selfserve, you would need a rep to assist you. You could chat with a social media rep via facebook messaging https://www.facebook.com/Koodo or twitter.

You could also schedule a callback from koodo www.koodo.com/chat , enter a number that you can receive call from Koodo and type #helpss in the chat. The digital assistant should be able to schedule a callback for you.
