Calls from a 250-483-xxxx number (in BC with Vonage) will not complete to 519-836-xxxx number on ON with Koodo Mobile Home phone. Caller gets recording about "we're trying to connect your call, all lines are busy, try again later".
Other calls to Koodo 519 number complete normally and Koodo 519 number can call Vonage 250 number successfully.
The Koodo mobile home phone adapter changed physical location within the city limits but in the previous location never had an issue receiving calls from the 250 number.
Why is this happening and how do we fix it?
