Number Porting from Fido to Koodo Not working from all devices.


i just port my number from fido to Koodo. now i am not able to call through home Voip devices(freephoneline.com) to my koodo cell phone. bell to koodo/ fido to koodo works fine.
when i called on my cell phone getting following message[b]
"Cellular no you have called is not assigned".

How long ago did you port the number?
Friday 1st Dec 2017 at 5 pm EST. approximately 36 hours.

Sounds like your VoIP service has not updated it’s calling queues. If you can reach your newly ported number from Bell, Fido, landlines, etc, the port has completed.

Thanks for your response. i am using VOIP services as a landline.
