I just signed up for this service a couple of days ago for my mother (Senior Citizen). Just got an email that the hub has been shipped and may take a few days to get.
When I signed up online, I was not asked about the details of number being ported.
So, my question is, will it be done after I get the Hub and when I try to activate? If so, how long will it take for the actual port (from Vonage)? As my Vonage promo is ending soon, I wanted to do this ASAP.
