No services on the phone. Wrong opening hours.

So I'm aware and I understand that the Assistance by phone can take some times before somedy answer. But it's impossible that I tried from 15PM to 21PM and nobody could take the call. I stay on the line for 2hours and half at time with 2 phone in same time. I didn't hang up that was Koodo that hang me up each time. Plus I want you to adjust your opening hours if it says that you were closed when I call at 20hPM ! I'm more than disappointed. It is impossible that the waiting time equal 5 hours and a half (not exagerations). So I hope they offer me something for this counter time because I will not be with you anymore otherwise. Poor services or in need of more organisation and simplification of their system. (payments and also services).

So I'm slowly working my way through today's posts (in reverse order) and I'm getting bits and pieces from your comments and posts. What are you trying to call koodo to do? What happened that you want to contact koodo?

If your going thru all the postes, and nothing is changing or helping with contacting Koodo, why bother going thru the posts...

I want to reconnect my cellphone because I have missed a payment. I don't have anymore Visa card or anything else so I go to my bank website to transfer the money. I called a few days ago and they reconnect it for free but they disconnect it just today. But I have made my payment and tried to call them since with no answers.

When you made your payment arrangements, did you let them know that you were making payment through online banking?

That is exactly what I wanted to do but no answer, even today because they disconnect my line. But in the last call I tell them that I didn't had any Visa card or Visa debit anymore. I'm gonna call tomorrow anyway it's too late now. But I really don't apreciate to spend 5 hours on the phone with no answers I was at my job and I don't have such time for that.

I made a payment agreement in the same time that I told them that I was no longer having a Visa Card. It was at monday I think.

Did you try calling #227? I'm not sure. If the options allow for non credit card options as I have never called personally

No they don't offer any possibility other than that. Only pre authorised payment. That's what I did too when I call at monday so it will be automatic for the next bill in January but not for this month. And yet no response from #227 since yesterday. Yesterday (2hours of waiting) today 5 hours and half).

Then I guess without a credit card your options are more limited. Online Banking payments do take longer which is likely why you were disconnected again since payment was not received. I wish I could tell you calling tomorrow will be better but you will have to try and see. Calling when they first open is your best bet. You can also send koodo a private message via Facebook or Twitter. If customer service and having reps answer calls is important to you Koodo may not be the ideal provider for you

feel for ya bud, im going thru the same, and i dont understand how customercare can email you saying, they cant access ur personal info to report it cuz i didnt sign in thru selfserve online, well i tried and tried, and i wont let you, but yet they cant take ur info on customercare....not much care for the customer....still on hold for.......ages

Haha yes and after I've been told in here that it's because Koodo is less expansive so they don't have a very good customer service because I pay less. Sorry for us because they are the same price as many companies that have services !

Yeah not just this weekend it's been 3 or 4 days now. It is impossible to wait 4 hours even when the calls are out of the ordinary...
