Koodo Modem stopped working what can I do toturn it back on

How did it stop working? Does it still power on? Turn it off. Unplug it. Take out the battery and take out the sim card while you're at it. Wait a minute. Put it all back in and power back on. Does nothing light up? Can you be more specific?

Koodo does not offer a Satellite modem, or any other modem for that matter. If Goran's advice for the device you are trying to fix does not help, we are going to need more information from you.

I recently switched my land phone number to Koodo Wireless and kept me old land number the device the sold me to pick up the sign from satellite is a ZTE system we had a power outage here and when I went to start everything back up the wireless system wont turn on so I have no phone other than my rogers cell phone

I have the hook up manual and did everything it said and I did what you suggested I have to wait for the battery to charge up if it has by tonight I am going to return it to Koodo for a replacement as it is only 3month old T[b]hanks for you help David

It should work even before the battery charges. If not, just confirm the troubleshooting steps before sending it for warranty repairs. There are a number of tests in the manual I linked. Koodo won't swap for a replacement after 14 days. You will need to go,through the manufacturer's warranty process.

So you have a separate unit as a signal booster? What do you mean by satellite? Koodo doesn't do satellite phones.
I'm having a problem with my system. The red bars keep blinking and I've tried a number of times to unplug everything and wait as well as took the SIM card numerous times. The phone will not take calls. I can phone out but then there is a loud beeping sound in the phone like it's busy. Very frustrating.

Did you review the troubleshooting steps in the manual linked above?  Red blinking bars indicate a SIM problem. It may need to be replaced.

How does one get a new sim card if the first one doesn't work?

You would need to contact Koodo directly. Easiest might be at a Koodo store, as they can check the SIM or use a SIM they have in your WHP, if you take the device with you.  Else you can contact Koodo on Facebook or Twitter.  How-To: you can send a tweet to@koodo - and one of Koodo’s agents will help take the conversation private, or send them a private message from facebook.com/koodo. Koodo Phone Numbers: *611 from your cellphone, 1-866-995-6636, or +1 647-788-4337 but often means waiting on the line for a CSR, so Facebook or Twitter is usually less time consuming.

there is an off and on button on the back of modem make sure it is turned on before you take it back
