Issue with power to home phone hub - ZTE WF721

We are having issues with the power adaptor wire that plugs into the modem. We have had this device for about a year. How do we go about getting a replacement wire?

You will need to contact the manufacturer or look online to see if the cable can be easily replaced

Well… you should still be able to get assistance from Koodo. You'd just have to pay for a replacement power adapter.

I'd go looking on eBay for a replacement compatible adapter.
