koodo is the worst for customer service charging its customers to help us on the phone plus they got ride of the app which is so stupid they don't help us they have crazy wait times no callback options my bill been effed up several times plus the lady i spoke too was rude and unprofessional probably leaving this company.....

You only get charged for things you can do yourself. If you can't do it, then you won't get charged.
