I’ve just installed the hub to transfer my home phone to my wireless. The flashing green battery light indicates that I need a PIN number to unlock the SIM card.  I’ve not had success trying to contact support at Koodo. Any suggestions?

Is the WHP from Koodo?

No. My landline is from Bell.

Your landline is with Bell? What carrier is you WHP from? I guess Koodo? What about the WHP device? Is it from Koodo too?
