How can I add a new line to my existing account?

My current account is my mobile phone account and now I purchased a wireless home phone, but it's not purchased under my current account. Now I received the device from Koodo and am trying to port my current home phone number to the new SIM card. But the first step is to create a new account. How can I add this new line to my existing account istead of creating a new account?

I believe you'll need to call customer service and have them fix it for you unfortunately
