Home phone losing signal

I have been using Koodo home phone for 3 years. Model WF721.  The signal light turns red even though the signal strength is good. I have turned the unit off and back on and regained the signal for several hours, but eventually lost the signal again.  This has repeated several times in the last 3 days.  Do I need to replace the box?

Try putting the WHP in different location to see if it solves the issue.
