Home Phone


I signed up for a home phone at $5 dollar per month, now it has increased to $20... i know Koodo has the same sale right now. How can i get that same offer again? How do i change my plan?

Hello Lexi!

The offer for $15 credit is available for the first 12 months only, that is the reason you have been paying $5, after that you start paying the normal rate!

Here is what is says on the Nitty Gritty on the website : '' Limited time offer. You'll pay $5/month for the first 12 months. On month 14, you'll begin paying the regular price, currently $20/month. ''

You have to cancel and then start over again.

It is because your promo has expired.

You can always cancel and then resign up as a new customer again
