can not switch home phone to koodo

Hi Dave, can you elaborate a little on your question please. Are you trying to port an existing number from another carrier to your home phone through self serve and having issue, if so where are you stuck exactly?
Koodo gave me a new account and # for home phone service  . I have
filled the form out but keeps saying not the correct information as on my currant
phone provider bill . I want to keep my currant phone # .

Is it bell home phone that your switching from by any chance? Your inputting it exactly how it's written on your bill you received each month from your old carrier?

I had the same issue with porting my home line from Bell to Koodo homephone and the only way to actually get it done was to contact Koodo and have them do it for me so you may need to contact Koodo directly by sending them a Private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can verify your account and further assist you on the port unfortunately. It seems like somthing wrong with some bell customers.
