Good morning.... Home Phone suddenly not working

I have loved my Koodo home phone for a bit now, when I woke up today, I found that the ZTE has no lights on it.  I have since unplugged it and moved it to different rooms to see if I could figure out the issue but nothing seems to work.  When I turn it off and then turn it on again a minute or two later, I get a green  power light which disappears after a few seconds...please help I need my home phone

You could try out the battery and sim card for 30 seconds and then do it again. You could also swap sim cards to see if that's potentially an issue although there still should be some lights regardless. You'll probably need to use the warranty to get it fixed. You can take it to a koodo store for that but I don't know if temporary units are made available. You could put the sim card in a cell phone technically you just have high sms and data rates so make sure that's shut off until then.
