2h d'attente pour assitance

Cela fait 2heures que j'attend pour une assistance téléphone est-ce normal ?

Cela faisait 2h15 que j'étais au téléphone et finalement ils m'ont raccrocher la ligne au nez.. Quel service ! Du coût j'ai perdu ma place dans la liste d'attente. Je pense bien changer de compagnie bientôt ...

C'est pour rebrancher ma ligne car ils l'ont débranché alors que j'ai effectuer le paiement...

And for the wait time I can understand, but why did I lose my place on the waiting list... 2h30 it's not a long wait time it's not any services available to help me.

Okay I'm on two phone at the same time and I've been hang up again from 1 phone after 45 minutes more of waiting.

I'm really pissed off the service is more than pretty bad.  I just don't have words it's impossible in any phone company that I can't get assistance for a billing service. Don't want to be with you anymore pay my next bill and I'm gonna go with a company that has services (any other)

I don't know how their #277 (billing department) works, but i think re- connection or canceling should have priority line .

I understand it's not your fault. I tried facebook, email, and phone and now it's just been 4 hours in total. I made the first call at 15 PM
