what is going on..

Hey Koodo! So I’ve ordered a phone a bit ago, after a email, and a call from a rep I was ensured that my order was in stock and it would be shipped out today and recieve the tracking information, they told me no later then today and unfortunately there has been nothing again.. I’m not sure what the issue is… order number HFO29513628

I’m sorry it’s been delivered where? Or do you mean shipped? Unfortunately your Koodo tracking tool doesn’t work on my end, just loads and loads and loads.. I really hope this information is accurate because I have now heard 24-48 hours 3 different occasions now.
