I ordered a new phone, my existing sim doesn't fit so I used the one that came with and my phone number is not connected. I'm done trying to communicate with the bot. I scheduled a call back on my work cell and when it came and I said yes it just rang and rang and rang till it hung up. Are their humans you can speak with or do I have to go to a kiosk in the mall?
