Hi I was trying to upgrade my phone online and it wants my credit card..i dont have one i am existing customer always pay my bill any way to skip that part?

Are you currently a postpaid customer? The credit card is part of the online process. https://www.koodomobile.com/webstore-policies

Unfortunately, you would need a credit card for it.
