I'm trying to schedule a call back so I can confirm my online order but theres no option anywhere for that

Did you get an order confirmation through e-mail?

I did, the email said that someone needed to contact me through my mobile number to confirm the order. They called me once today while I was at work but I can't answer my phone because I work at the hospital. The guy said he would text me a number to call back but that number just brought me to the automated message that wouldn't help. He said on the message that I need to speak to a representative directly
