trying to schedule call back but won’t let me?

It’s been three days now that I try and request to schedule a callback using the online assistant chat box. Every time I enter my information it tells me that I’ve already scheduled a callback! So it won’t let me book or request anything.
i even called the local Koodo store , they requested one for me and got the same Response. She then scheduled one for herself and asked the to call me, which they never did. 
 

I don’t have another phone, or know anyone else near me with a Phone I could use. How do I speak with a representative???

Hi @Miss_lily04 , I just booked a callback for you, which should be coming between 10-10:30 this morning.

I see a few different attempts to reschedule, but did you ever get the original callback? Wondering if there were issues, or if you just selected one further out and are looking to get in contact sooner.
