Yes you get charged for it for 24 months. How many business days have you been on approved for? Which phone was it? Some might have a longer time due to low stock

You should wait for a bit. If you don’t get any email notifications with your tracking number, you can contact the Koodo Web Store at koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com.

Regarding the immediate Tab charge: They mentioned it in their page https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/ordering-online  It is an annoying practice but normally they shipped quickly (3-5 business days, if the phone was in stock).

Anyway, you could also post your order number here. A rep might be able to check.
