My husband lost his phone (dropped down a 30 foot manhole into 8 feet of water - it’s gone, done, dead).
So the phone and sim card are gone. I want to order him a new phone but everywhere I see on the website - except on the checkout page - says I’ll have to get a new sim card in store. Store is 90 minutes away. Rather just order online.
The checkout page says there’s a $0 activation + sim card, but with everything else stating no sim….
Will a new phone (replacement) for a current, active account get a new sim card?
