Over 48 hours of order being reviewed

Order # : HFO28668342

I upgraded to a new phone two days ago and the tracking still says that it's being reviewed. What are they reviewing? Why is it taking so long?

I have asked the customer service agents to prioritize your order. hopefully you will get a call today and we can sort this out.

They individual look over each account the signs up to approve the information given and approve the order.

Due to the holidays and all the orders I imagine they're pretty backed up so I would wait a bit longer for any movement on your order.
