I placed an order for a post-paid plan (HFO29343632) on March 5th, and it is still processing. How long does it usually take for an order to process? I don’t currently have a working phone, and am worried that Koodo might be trying to call me on my old, no longer working number to verify some information. Will they also email if there are any problems with the order?

You have several options. You can send an email to Koodo’s webstore at firstname.lastname@example.org to check for any updates. Or send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or a direct message via Twitter. A Koodo rep should be able to provide you with an answer.
