Online return

Hello everyone,

I purchased a phone online that I have now decided I would like to exchange for another one.

I am within the allotted 30 days to initiate a return, emailing the koodo.webstore address to request a shipping label.

However, due to COVID-19, I am told I may not hear back for up to 4 days, which would push me past the 30 day allotment. This isn’t my fault.

Does Koodo count the 30 days from the moment they receive the device back, or honour the day from when the return is initiated through email?

For reference, my 30 days “runs out” on Friday. I am willing to pay for a shipping label myself and can send it off today if possible to speed up the process (but I don’t know the address).

I hope this makes sense! Please help!

From when you send the email to request a return. You’ll be fine since you emailed before the 30 days.
