i am looking to upgrade but every time i login it says i have to make the purchase in store which doesnt make sense because ive always done everything online

What phone are you trying to purchase?

I’m having this exact same issue for over a month now, really wanting to upgrade my phone. Worst thing is i have 4 other phones on my account and I can order a phone online for all of them, except MINE. I did change my phone number 32 days ago now, so I thought maybe that was the issue but its been past 30 days now. :rolling_eyes:
