New registration, keep getting credit card not valid error

Hi there,

I am trying to convert from Virgin with the BYOP 4+4GB phone plan at Koodo. Every time I try to finish registration, it keeps saying my credit card information is not valid or Koodo could not process my cards. I have tried 2 cards and I get the same result. 


How should I proceed?

The only thing I can think of: does your address match the one on your credit card EXACTLY? Koodo’s credit card system seems to choke rather easily if it’s not… just a suggestion?
