New Customer - How long does it take to verify order?

Hi there,

New customer. Purchased a phone and signed up for post paid plan online.

Order status shows:  ‘Order Being Reviewed’ — How long does it usually take?

Also having this issue, haven’t received anything saying it’s been confirmed. Order status is still pending.

When and what phone did you ordered? 

Did you receive an order confirmation email with order number?

It was only this morning, ordered the iPhone 12 mini. Received an email with order confirmation #. Just says it still needs to be “verified and approved”

I will flag your order for an agent to process now.

Verify your order doesn't take like it's usually within a day ( or 2),  They will contact you if they need more info from you to verify.

Then it will shipp to you within estimate days. iPhone 12 mini says estimate shipping days from 5  business days to 4 weeks depends on color and storage size.
